Freight Rate Calculator for Venezuela

Pick the destination and the truck, or the weight of your cargo, and see the estimated price instantly. No sign-up, no app and no waiting for a call.

Most freight carriers in Venezuela do not publish prices: you have to call, describe the cargo and wait. This calculator gives you a price range in seconds from our 2026 reference tariff, the same one we publish in the freight rate table, so you know what to expect before requesting a formal quote.

The estimate covers trips leaving Valencia for the country's main cities, as a full truckload or as consolidated cargo per kilo. Prices are averages before VAT and may change without notice; the firm price is confirmed when you request a quote, depending on the date, truck availability and return cargo.

How the calculator works out the price

For a full truck we multiply the route's outbound kilometres by the unit's rate per kilometre and apply the minimum per trip when the distance is short: a 750 truck inside Valencia does not cost 40 dollars, it costs the unit minimum, because loading and unloading time weighs more than the kilometres.

For consolidated cargo we multiply the weight by the per-kilo rate of the destination zone; the rate drops as the shipment gets heavier and never goes below the minimum per shipment. Light but bulky goods are quoted by the space they take, so in that case the estimate is indicative.

What the price includes and what can change it

The range includes our own fleet, an in-house driver, a tax invoice and delivery confirmation. Live GPS tracking is an optional service added as a percentage of the freight. An exclusive trip between two points rarely has surcharges; the ones that appear are for waiting at unloading, extra handling or a change of destination.

The firm price can land at the low end of the range when there is return cargo, as on the routes to Caracas, Maracay and Puerto Cabello, or at the high end when the departure is urgent, falls on a holiday with heavy-vehicle restrictions, or the destination is far from the reference city.

What to do with the estimate

If the range works for you, send the details to the quote form with the calculator's button: we reply the same business day with the proposed unit, the transit time and the final price. If you would rather talk, the WhatsApp button opens a message with a summary of your calculation.

For a destination not on the list, for oversized cargo or for a contract with recurring departures, write to us directly: those rates are built to measure and usually come in below the reference.

Frequently Asked Questions

What our customers usually ask before hiring transportation or logistics in Venezuela.

Is the calculator's price the final price?

No. It is an average reference range based on our 2026 tariff and may change without notice. We confirm the firm price when you request a quote, depending on the date, truck availability and return cargo, and it usually falls within the range.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. All estimates are before VAT. The formal quote shows it separately.

Why does a truck inside Valencia cost the same as one to Maracay?

Because on short routes the unit's minimum per trip applies. Loading and unloading time and the truck's availability weigh more than the kilometres driven.

How do I know whether a full truck or consolidated cargo suits me?

As a rule, under 3,500 kilos and with no urgency, consolidating pays off; above that, or if you need a fixed date and exclusivity, a full truck does. Calculate both options and compare.

My destination is not on the list?

We cover all 23 states. The list shows the cities with their own route; for any other destination request a quote with the exact address and we reply the same day.

How often do you update the tariff?

Every January and whenever fuel or tolls change. The year of the current tariff is shown on the calculator itself.
