Heavy Freight Transport in Venezuela

Heavy haulage service for machinery, industrial equipment and bulky loads, with the right vehicle, a planned route and GPS tracking.

We move heavy freight by road to any state in Venezuela: heavy construction machinery transport, plant equipment, steel structures, coils, tanks and goods that do not fit in a standard truck.

Every move is planned around the real weight, the dimensions and the loading point, and leaves with the right unit, a driver who knows the route and GPS tracking from start to finish.

What is included

Trailers, flatbeds and drop-sides

Units of up to 30 tonnes for machinery, structures and cargo that needs a crane or a ramp.

750 and NPR trucks

For heavy equipment and lots of smaller volume, with access to industrial zones and hard-to-reach sites.

Bulky or oversized cargo

We check dimensions, route and driving-hour rules before confirming, so the trip is not stopped at a toll or a checkpoint.

GPS tracking and delivery confirmation

You follow the truck on the map from your invoice link and get a notice with the name and time of whoever receives at destination.

Ideal for

  • Industries moving machinery or equipment between plants and job sites
  • Distributors of construction materials, steel and bulk products
  • Importers receiving heavy equipment through Puerto Cabello or La Guaira

What counts as heavy freight

We call it heavy freight when a single piece exceeds 3,500 kg, when the whole shipment passes 7,500 kg, or when the dimensions require an open flatbed instead of a box truck. Yellow machinery, generators, transformers, long pipes, coils and steel structures are the most common cases.

The vehicle is chosen by weight and by how the cargo is loaded: a flatbed trailer for pieces lifted by crane, a drop-side for bulk material or pipes, and a 12-tonne box truck for palletised equipment that needs protection.

Routes, permits and schedules for heavy freight

Long routes from Valencia to Maracaibo, Puerto Ordaz, San Cristóbal or the east are planned with driver relays, safe stops and a realistic arrival time. On long holidays the authorities usually restrict heavy vehicles, so we confirm the calendar before fixing the departure.

If the cargo exceeds the permitted dimensions, we tell you which road permit applies and who processes it, and we coordinate the unloading equipment, manoeuvring space and time window with the consignee.

How to get a quote for heavy freight

To give you a firm price we need the weight and dimensions of each piece, the exact origin and destination, whether there is a crane or forklift at both ends, and the departure date. With that we confirm the unit, the transit time and the rate the same day.

The price depends mainly on distance, the type of unit and whether the trip is exclusive. Before loading we tell you which documents must travel with the goods and we check the lashing and weight distribution on the flatbed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What our customers usually ask before hiring transportation or logistics in Venezuela.

How much weight can you carry?

Up to 30 tonnes per trailer unit. For pieces above that weight or over the permitted road dimensions, we assess the move with special equipment and confirm whether we can handle it.

Do you transport construction machinery?

Yes. Backhoes, forklifts, compactors and generators travel on a flatbed with a ramp or are lifted by crane at origin and destination. We tell you what each machine needs when quoting.

Do I need a permit to move heavy freight in Venezuela?

The goods travel with their invoice or delivery note and the dispatch guide. Only cargo that exceeds the permitted dimensions or weight needs an additional road permit, and we guide you through obtaining it.

Can you pick up equipment at Puerto Cabello or La Guaira?

Yes. We collect imported equipment and machinery at the port warehouses and take it straight to your plant or site, in the container or on a flatbed as needed.
